It also provides omega 3 fatty acids and potassium. It’s easy to prepare and has a delicious nutty and coffee taste if you also use chocolate protein powder and nut butter5.

For those of you who are gluten and/or dairy free, it uses dairy free milk.

Servings: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (peeled and chopped)

  • ½ cup coffee (chilled)

  • 4 ounces almond milk or coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Optional - 2 to 3 ounces of peanut or other nut butter

  • Optional - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (peeled and chopped)

  • ½ scoop coffee flavored protein powder

  • 8 ounces milk

  • 1 ounce cashew nuts

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • Optional - 1 date (pitted)

Instructions

  1. Prep the banana. Pit the date if you’re using this.
